Mushroom Wood ~ In Stock

These salvaged hemlock boards were last used as growing beds for mushrooms. As mushrooms grow, the moisture and enzymes released into the compost eat away at the softer wood, leaving behind harder wood with a highly textured and striking grain. Face planed and back brushed. Edges and ends are unmilled.
