Reclaimed Wire-Brushed Hemlock Paneling

Reclaimed Wire-Brushed Wood Paneling

Reclaimed wood paneling is a responsible, durable, and visually appealing alternative to traditional wall and ceiling coverings, and is often used by architects and designers as accent and feature walls or ceilings. It is popular in homes, restaurants, cafés, and offices, as the aesthetic appeal and protection offered to walls and ceilings by wood panels is superior to that of sheetrock, plaster, or other surfaces. Food service establishments often incorporate reclaimed wood panels into high-traffic hallways, entryways, or other areas.

Longleaf Lumber mills 3/4″ wire-brushed paneling with a square-edged profile for simple installation and dimensional durability. Extra-wide planks and custom profiles, such as single bead, triple bead, v-groove, and micro-bevel, can also be milled to client specifications.

Wire-brushed lumber preserves the original surface of the boards, while cleaning off loose debris and dirt. The resulting rustic surface exposes original saw marks and character imperfections. This type of planing is different from bright-planed and skip-planed reclaimed wood paneling, which each offer a different reclaimed wood surface type.
